All Sales Are Final

Due to the curated and personal nature of our boxes, all one-time purchases are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we are happy to make it right.

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Include:

• Your order number

• A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

Shipping Issues

Souvenir de Marie is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by the shipping carrier

• Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. However, we will do our best to assist when possible.Cancellation

Orders must be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, we begin processing and cannot guarantee cancellations.
