2. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective:

We will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a partial refund/credit, depending on the situation.
3. Missing Items
If your box is missing an item:

Once the issue is verified, we’ll send the missing item or provide a credit equal to its value.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Because we do not allow returns, refunds are limited.

Refunds are not available for boxes once they have shipped.

You may cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

If you cancel after renewal but before your box ships, we can refund the upcoming box.
